OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida and New York), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Around The Hoop Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Around The Hoop Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), a Massachusetts limited liability company. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this sweepstakes in any manner.

3. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Download the Stepstakes app, create an account, and grant HealthKit permission. Each day during a contest week (Monday through Sunday in the participant's local time) that a participant meets their personalized daily step target, they earn one (1) entry into that week's drawing. Participants who meet their target all seven (7) days earn three (3) bonus entries, for a maximum of ten (10) entries per week.

4. Drawing and Odds

A drawing is conducted each Monday at 12:01 AM Pacific Time. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries using a cryptographic commit-reveal mechanism: a SHA-256 hash of the drawing seed is published the week prior to the drawing. After the drawing, the seed is revealed so that the result can be independently verified. See our Verification page for details.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each contest period. For example, if 5,000 total entries are received in a given week, a participant with 7 entries would have approximately a 1-in-714 chance of winning.

5. Prizes

Prize descriptions and approximate retail values are published in the Stepstakes app and daily email at the start of each contest week. Prizes may include gift cards, merchandise, experiences, cash, or other items of value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One prize per participant per week.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming

Winners are notified by email at the address associated with their account. Winners have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond or claim within the claim period, the prize is forfeited. No alternate winners will be selected.

7. Verification and Tax Obligations

Winners may be required to verify their identity by providing a valid government-issued photo ID. For prizes with an aggregate value of $600 or more in a calendar year, winners must also provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize can be fulfilled. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or who the Sponsor reasonably believes is tampering with the operation of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control.

9. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. HealthKit data (daily step counts) is used solely to determine daily target achievement and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, participants agree that: (a) any disputes arising from or relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) all disputes shall be resolved exclusively by state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware; and (c) these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Void Where Prohibited

This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
